For orders within the Netherlands, we aim to deliver your order the next business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.
What is your delivery time in Belgium?
Orders to Belgium are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the destination and external factors.
Do you deliver to other countries within Europe?
For deliveries within Europe, excluding the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 4-7 business days. However, this may vary depending on the specific destination and local postal services.
Do you also deliver outside Europe?
For orders outside of Europe, delivery time varies depending on the destination and local customs regulations. We generally aim to deliver orders within 7-14 business days. Please note that unforeseen customs delays may affect delivery time. We only do this upon request.
Postage costs
What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is completely free. For Spain and other European countries, we charge €12.95. For shipping to countries outside of Europe, we charge €19.95.
Returns
Can I return a Bol order?
If you would like to return an order you placed through Bol.com, we kindly request that you also return it through Bol.com. This way, we can process your return as efficiently as possible.
